Are there any first hand accounts knocking about around how the telephone assessments are going; if they’re any good, how people are coping with them, hints and tips etc etc?
My client is having difficulty deciding what to do; ie whether or not to wait for a face to face assessment. She is already receiving LCW so her amount would stay the same if she waited. Juyst want to give her as much info as possible beyond what I’ve already told her which is what I would normally tell anyone doing a face to face assessment.
